What to expect
You play a set of short games, often on your phone, and finish with questions on how you felt. Nothing tells you that you are being scored, and that is the point. There is no right answer shown and no way to go back.
What the games measure
The games are built to pull out a few traits: how you handle memory load, how fast you react, how much risk you take and how you keep attention on a dull task. A timing game measures reaction; a card game measures working memory; a balloon or bag game measures risk. The results feed a profile, not a mark.
Play on the device the invitation names. A game tuned for a phone plays differently on a laptop trackpad, and the timing scores follow the input, not you.
Three habits
- Read the on-screen instruction once, slowly; there is no second run.
- Stay accurate before you stay fast; speed follows attention.
- Keep the same effort to the last, dullest game, not just the fun ones.
How to prepare
You do not need an account. Play two or three free games in the same style, one per day, and notice which one drains you. The final personality questions are answered in your own words, so read them as statements about how you actually work, not about how you would like to.
